Terms of Use

These terms cover the use of the techma.ai website. They do not cover services Techma delivers under a contract: if you have signed an agreement with us, that agreement governs the work.

Effective October 30, 2026

Who you are dealing with

This website is published by Techma inc., 3295 Rue Dubé, Québec, QC G1M 3T3, Canada. You can reach us at info@techma.ca or +1 (418) 931-7712. By using the site, you accept these terms.

Using this site

You may read this site, and you may contact us through it or book a call with its calendar. Do not attempt to break into it, overload it, scrape it at a volume that slows it down for other people, or use it to send anything unlawful.

We may change, move or remove pages without notice, and we may take the site down for maintenance.

Content on this site

The text, design and illustrations on this site belong to Techma inc. or to those who licensed them to us. You may quote a reasonable extract with attribution and a link. You may not republish a page in full or pass our material off as your own.

The names and logos of other companies belong to their owners. We show them only to name the tools we work with and the clients we have worked for. Showing them does not mean those companies endorse Techma.

Accuracy of what you read here

We write the pages on this site carefully, but tools and prices change, and we cannot promise every line stays accurate. The site gives general information. It is not advice for your particular situation, and nothing on it is an offer that binds us. Before you act on something you read here, ask us about your case.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Techma inc. is not responsible for loss or damage that comes from using the site, from being unable to use it, or from relying on what it says.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes the rights you have as a consumer under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act or any other law that cannot be set aside by agreement.

Your personal information

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

If something goes wrong, write to us first at info@techma.ca: most problems are settled that way. If a dispute cannot be settled, it will be heard by the courts of the judicial district of Québec. If you are a consumer, you keep your right to bring the matter before the courts where you live, as Québec law provides.

Language

This site is published in French and in English, and every page exists in both languages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the effective date shown at the top of the page.

These terms cover the use of the website only. Work Techma does for a client is governed by the agreement signed for that work.
